Berklee held a grand opening celebration at the end of April for its new secure bicycle pavilion, which features parking for 75 bikes and charging stations for five electric scooters, as well as a repair station with an air pump and various tools. Members of the Berklee community can sign up for access to be added to their ID cards by registering with the Public Safety Office.

The facility, located behind 130 Mass. Ave., is an attempt to protect the bikes of students, faculty, and staff from theft and to encourage alternate forms of transportation. The celebration was a highlight of Berklee's Green Week festivities. Read more about Berklee's sustainability efforts.
