Hailing from the small town of Monroe, New York, pop/rock solo artist Brian Dunne '10 is currently based in Boston. His influences span a wide range of artists, including Sam Cooke, Tom Waits, and Bruce Springsteen. The Berklee alumnus has been playing consistently in the Boston music scene for the past four years and released his debut EP last fall.

The latest Sound of Berklee podcast is "Often Times" from the Berklee Summer in the City CD. The annual summer concert series—this year sponsored by Natixis Global Asset Management—presents more than 70 shows in Boston and beyond, most of them outdoors and free of charge. Dunne performs a free concert at the Prudential Center June 14.
