NECN: Berklee's Ken Zambello on 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees

Berklee professor Ken Zambello visits The Take with Sue O’Connell to talk about the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class.

Berklee Ensemble Department professor and official Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ballot holder Ken Zambello dropped by NECN’s The Take to talk about the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class. In an interview with Sue O’Connell, Zambello discussed the nomination process, his voting criteria, and this year’s group of inductees, including rapper Tupac Shakur and folk singer Joan Baez. He also talked about the artists he hopes to see on the ballot next year.

In addition to Shakur and Baez, this year’s inductees were Electric Light Orchestra, Journey, Nile Rodgers, Pearl Jam, and Yes.
