Application information for entering students

Applying for residence hall housing is a separate process from applying for admission to the college. The housing application is available to students through Admissions only after you have been accepted to the college and confirmed your intention to attend by submitting your admissions tuition deposit.

Berklee College of Music is an urban campus and around 1,200 of Berklee's 4,000 students live on-campus. Many Berklee students, including some entering students, live in private apartments in neighborhoods near the college. Due to on-campus space limitations, not all entering students who apply will be approved for on-campus housing; the chance of being approved is higher for those who submit their tuition deposits and housing applications on time.

Room Selection information for continuing students

Room Selection, a three-step process, is the annual process that allows current and continuing students to select their room and choose their roommates for the following academic year (fall and spring semesters). For the 2016-2017 room selection, we are launching a new online process that will allow students to participate via the Berklee Hub. 

The 2016-2017 Continuing Student Housing Application became available online on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at noon, and must be submitted by 4:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Please review the information provided in its entirety and contact us with any questions you may have.
