160 Massachusetts Avenue

160 Massachusetts Avenue opened in 2014 and is Berklee's newest residence hall. It is home to roughly 370 students who are housed on floors five–16. Each pair of floors shares a large lounge space that offers picturesque views of the city. The main dining hall is located on floors two and three, and 160 has practice rooms, laundry facilities, and a fitness center available for student use. The building had Berklee's first LENS Living Learning Community (LLC) in which students live in the same community, take courses together, and receive extended support from staff and faculty in their first year at the institution.
