150 Massachusetts Avenue

Housing roughly 450 students, 150 Massachusetts Avenue is the largest residence hall on campus. When Berklee purchased the Fenway Theater in 1972, it also acquired the adjoining Sherry Biltmore Hotel, which is now the 150 residence hall. The building's lobby was renovated in 2016, and it's home to the Stan Getz Library, study rooms, and a variety of other academic spaces. The building has a community lounge with a TV on the third floor, and every floor has laundry facilities. 150 is located next door to the cafeteria and is close to a variety of stores, restaurants, and numerous academic buildings.
