Biography
Dylan Hays (he/him) is the resident director of the 98 Hemenway Street residence hall and has been a staff member at Berklee since January 2022. In the resident director role, he supervises the resident assistant team, oversees operations of the building, and serves as a resource for students. He earned his bachelor's degree in sociology and social justice from Ohio Wesleyan University and is currently completing his master's degree in counselor education and student affairs at Clemson University.
