Fitness is an important factor in your physical wellbeing. There are many different ways that you can incorporate fitness into your life. This includes fitness classes, joining an athletic team or gym, biking or running regularly, and more. See below for some resources on and off campus.
Free Yoga and Meditation Classes
Student Wellness Promotion and Services offers weekly yoga and meditation classes. A calendar with information about these classes, along with other health and wellness events, can be found here.
You can become a member at several neighborhood fitness centers, including Northeastern's gym, the Tennis and Racquet Club, or the YMCA.
