Fitness is an important factor in your physical wellbeing. There are many different ways that you can incorporate fitness into your life. This includes fitness classes, joining an athletic team or gym, biking or running regularly, and more! See below for some resources on and off of campus.
Free Yoga and Tai Chi Classes
The Office of Health and Wellness Programs offers weekly yoga and tai chi classes. A calendar with information about these classes, along with other Health and Wellness Programs events, can be found on our Health and Wellness events calendar.
Berklee students can participate in NCAA Division III varsity sports at Emerson College.
