Join us for a conversation with Natalia Nastaskin, head of U.S. Music Operations for United Talent Agency, as we discuss "The New Normal in the Business of Music."

With the rise of streaming and social media engagement, in addition to a healthy touring economy, artists and their teams are better positioned than ever to develop, break, and sustain careers. Where technology once had a crippling effect on the music business, it now has a monumentally positive impact, enabling creativity, connectivity, and commerce. Nastaskin will share insights on the music industry climate, and discuss what it means for artists, their teams, and their fans. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session and a reception with refreshments.

Nastaskin has worked with a varied roster of songwriters, producers, independent record companies, music publishers, and a wide array of recording artists, both in her 16 years working in entertainment law and at United Talent Agency. Recognized as a power player in the industry, she has appeared many times on Billboard's annual Women in Music and Power 100 lists, as well as on Variety's Women's Impact Report lists.
