Vocal Jazz Ensemble #1
Ned Rosenblatt's Vocal Jazz Ensembles are small groups numbering from five to 16 vocalists with a rhythm section. These contemporary vocal ensembles perform music from the jazz, Latin, funk, and contemporary/pop idioms. Typical programming includes the music of such vocal groups as the New York Voices, Manhattan Transfer, Take 6 and the Real Group.
