Live Stream of La Nit de Berklee Commencement Concert at Berklee Valencia

To celebrate commencement for the class of 2018 at Berklee’s campus in Valencia, Spain, students from all four master’s degree programs will put on a special concert that can be live streamed on the Berklee Valencia Facebook page on Saturday, July 7 at 4:00 p.m. EST. The concert will be performed on a floating stage opposite the Hemisfèric, in collaboration with the City of Arts and Sciences.
Al Di Meola, who will receive an honorary doctorate from Berklee provost Larry Simpson during commencement on Monday, July 9, will perform at the concert. The New Jersey native is an acclaimed guitarist, composer, and producer. One of the inventors of jazz/rock fusion, Di Meola has explored Mediterranean cultures and acoustic genres such as flamenco, getting closer to world music and modern Latin styles while expanding his horizons with the electronic side of jazz.
