Nakamura's Tribute to Green Day: American Idiot

Takaki Nakamura's Tribute to Green Day will feature a performance of the entire album American Idiot (2004). Nearing the end of his studies at Berklee College of Music, Nakamura decided that it was time he paid tribute to the various artists who have influenced him over his life and career. With an early background of rock and pop, and after having explored other genres such as funk and fusion in his later years, the Tribute series will feature a variety of shows in 2017 dedicated to the music of a single artist with whom Nakamura closely identifies.
