Puma Blue / Gabe Goodman

Puma Blue is the alias of singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Jacob Allen, based in London, England.

Producing music in his bedroom, Allen has been recognized for his emotive falsetto, gritty lo-fi sound, visual aesthetic, as well as R&B, jazz, and hip-hop influences. After releasing the demo “Only Trying 2 Tell U” in 2014, he slowly cultivated a cult following by performing live shows around London and on the internet. His debut EP, Swum Baby, was independently released in 2017. His second EP, Blood Loss, released in 2018, was a more ambitious, circular body of work.

Although Gabe Goodman has been releasing music for less than one year, he has had a long and winding career in the entertainment industry. From appearing on Kids Say the Darndest Things at age 5 to touring with major label synth-popsters Magic Man, Goodman now rejects the glitz and glamour of his past lives. With his 2018 EP, Dismissing the Gardener, he showcased a unique sonic palette that is quirky, earnest, and somber.
