Join the Professional Music Department at Berklee College of Music as it hosts the fourth annual Careerealism event, at which leading women in the industry share insights, strategies, and stories, focusing on the challenges and successes in performing, management, entertainment law, arts administration, and more.

The panel is moderated by Sean P. Hagon, chair of the Professional Music Department. Panelists are:

  • Tonya Butler, assistant chair of the Music Business/Management Department
  • Camy McArdle, artist manager and cofounder of 256 Entertainment
  • Karen Waldrup, musician, songwriter, and recording artist
  • Leslie Wu Foley, associate director of audience development, Boston Symphony Orchestra
