Glass Reflections features pianist Jenny Lin performing the music of Philip Glass, William Bolcom, Bach-Busoni, and György Ligeti. Inspired by her world tour of Philip Glass’s solo piano music with the composer himself, Lin has created a series of programs juxtaposing Glass’s music (Piano Etudes, Passacaglia) alongside some of the most challenging works from the existing repertoire. Additionally, she will present the Boston Premiere of William Bolcom’s Suite of Preludes, bringing together the music of two American masters who met in Paris in the 1960s and became friends while studying abroad, Glass with Boulanger, and Bolcom with Milhaud.

Featuring the music of Philip Glass, William Bolcom, Frédéric Chopin, Claude Debussy, Franz Liszt, and György Ligeti.
