PERI, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, is a singer-songwriter and actress whose music reflects authentic human experiences expressed through honest lyricism and smooth melodies. She grew up on pop music and musical theater, and her music is a hybrid of that sound.
At age 16, she released her first single, “The Change Is in You,” an ode to her young fan base that supports the national anti-bullying campaign. PERI is an advocate for many anti-bullying organizations.
Her sophomore single, “Tired of You,” was the first single released during her undergraduate studies at Berklee College of Music. In May, PERI plans to release her debut EP Shades of Blue, which promises to be a crossover that allows her listeners to grow with her through adulthood.
