Pablo Ziegler's New Tango
Pablo Ziegler joined Astor Piazzolla's Quintet in 1978 and performed with him for 11 years. Ziegler carried the legacy of Piazzolla by pushing the horizon of the new tango, a rich combination of classical music, jazz, and traditional tango.
Ziegler will demonstrate, coach, and perform through this master class with his longtime partners Claudio Ragazzi and Hector Del Curto, creating a program to take students on a journey of music from Buenos Aires.
