Jerry Leake, an artist who teaches percussion with an insatiable desire to span the world, presents a master class and clinic on North and South Indian percussion solos and rhythm theory.
He is the cofounder of the award-winning world music ensemble Natraj, and performs with Club d'Elf and the Agbekor Drum and Dance Society. His world rock/fusion octet Cubist has released three CDs and received national recognition. On tabla, Leake has accompanied Ali Akbar Khan, Steve Gorn, Sharafat Ali Khan, and Chitravina Ravikiran.
