NINA / LYM / Garrison Evans
NINA is an Australian electro-pop artist residing in Boston, Massachusetts. With her down-to-earth charisma and engaging stage presence, NINA’s live set reveals her passion for music and love for her audience. Her quirky and entertaining attitude goes hand in hand with honest lyrics and melodic songwriting.
A native of Jakarta, Indonesia, LYM (Christopher J. Lym) is a singer-songwriter and music producer based in Boston. With the eclectic jazz harmonies and electric-fused rhythms on his new EP, Hue, LYM’s lush voice and sensual beats challenge the norms and commonalities of today’s music. LYM means “the woods,” and like the woods, LYM’s music is somber yet celestial, vital yet mysterious. It stirs peculiar feelings in listeners that captivate.
Left-of-center singer-songwriter Garrison Evans combines indie pop, ambient electronica, and alternative R&B. He tells stories of emotional turmoil with his signature ambient production, gut-wrenching voice, and introspective sound. Evans draws influences from acoustic artists Freya Ridings and London Grammar, electronic artists Terror Jr and Troye Sivan, and those combining both, such as BANKS and Oh Wonder. His debut EP, Innocence and Regrets, surrounds themes of troubled youth and naive infatuation.
