Composer and woodwind artist Ned Rothenberg presents an evening of group improvisations with students from his fall workshops along with many spontaneously creative Berklee faculty members and alumni. Rothenberg has a 40-year career of solo and group improvisation, including collaborations with the likes of John Zorn, Evan Parker, Anthony Braxton, George Lewis, Peter Evans, Sylvie Courvoisier, and Sainkho Namchylak.

All students and faculty are invited. Bring your instruments, as you may be invited to play in the concert.

Participating faculty members include: David Tronzo (guitar), Tom Plsek, (trombone), Neil Leonard (saxophone and electronics), Bruno Raberg (bass), Ted Reichman (accordion), and a special surprise guest.

Participating students and alumni include: Xingyu Yao (piano, voice), Brock Benzel (piano), Matt Hull (trumpet), Pedro Fonseca (acoustic guitar), Daniel Getty (drums), Robert Trevisani (drums), Maxwell Salinger Ridley (bass), George Crotty (cello), and Paul Meland, (tenor sax).
