Alumni Entrepreneurs: Mike Cassidy
Mike Cassidy, Berklee alumnus and vice president of Google's Project Loon will speak with students about his experiences and successes in the worlds of tech startups and innovation, and how his time at Berklee gave him an edge in the entrepreneurial world. Cassidy is currently the project leader on GoogleX's Project Loon, a network of balloons traveling on the edge of space, designed to provide internet access to people in rural and remote areas around the world. Prior to joining Google, Cassidy was the cofounder and CEO of four startups: Ruba, Xfire, Direct Hit, and Stylus Innovation.
