Wright, who has released six critically acclaimed albums, has received widespread acclaim as one of the most venerable singers of her generation. Wright's new album, Grace, was released by the Concord label on September 15, 2017 and features stirring renditions of songs by Ray Charles, Allen Toussaint, Nina Simone, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, k.d. lang, Bob Dylan, and more.
