Singer-songwriter Kristin Corpuz is also an instrumentalist, actress, and dancer from Tampa, Florida. She currently attends Berklee College of Music as a 2013 presidential scholar. She's studying music business/management and professional music. She also works as a music business associate for the Webman Group, a music publishing company based in New York City that represents many renowned artists including Count Basie, Billie Holiday, and Woody Herman. Corpuz has sung the national anthem for the New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays (MLB); and the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL). She was also selected as one of 300 people in the country to advance to the Hollywood Week round of American Idol in season 11. Corpuz has performed at various venues nationwide including Birdland Jazz Club and 54 Below (New York City) and the House of Blues (Boston), and in numerous concerts including High School Musical: The Tour, Neil Berg’s 100 Years of Broadway, and Making Magic, Defying Gravity (with the first national tour of Wicked). She currently tours the New England area as lead vocalist of a cover band called Groovin' You.
