Interplay: Jazz Duos
Ear Training Department Chair Allan Chase (alto, soprano, and baritone saxophones) will play jazz duets with pianists and guitarists, including four faculty and chair colleagues. Chase has made over 50 recordings as a jazz saxophonist with artists including Rashied Ali, Lewis Nash, Matt Wilson, Ra Kalam Bob Moses, Dominique Eade, Ayn Inserto, Bruno Råberg, Joe Morris, Steve Lantner, John McNeil, the Frank Walton/Yoron Israel Sextet, and many others.
