Award-winning saxophonist and composer Tineke Postma tours internationally as a bandleader. She has released six albums to great international acclaim. In 2019, Postma was listed as Downbeat's Rising Star in the soprano and alto saxophone categories.
The Gathering is an ongoing series presented by the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice. Events are open to the greater Berklee community and public, and feature performances, guest lectures, workshops, and discussions with gender equity as a guiding principle.
