Francine Trester, composition professor at Berklee College of Music, and pianist Eric Sawyer collaborate for an evening of works for violin and piano. They will be joined by soprano Kristen Watson.

The concert will feature:

  • “Young Inklings” (for violin and piano) by Sawyer
  • “Israfel” (for violin and piano) by Trester
  • “Artsonia” (for soprano, violin, and piano) by Trester (text by the composer)
  • Thirteen Popular Songs (selections) for soprano and piano by Sawyer (text by the composer)
