Fall Together
The 35th annual Fall Together concert is a celebration of composers associated with the Jazz Composition Department at Berklee College of Music, featuring new music by department faculty.
A faculty jazz orchestra will perform music by Scott Free, Greg Hopkins, Ayn Inserto, Bob Pilkington, Jackson Schultz, and others in a celebration of the future of jazz composition.
The concert will feature Billy Childs, this year’s Ken Pullig Visiting Scholar in Jazz Studies, performing a piece written by Greg Hopkins. Childs, a Grammy-winning pianist, composer, and arranger, has emerged as one of the foremost American composers of his era.
