Join Simone Pilon, chair of the Liberal Arts Department, and acoustics professors Matthew Smith and Elizabeth Teret as they present an educational session on the acoustics curriculum at Berklee. Hear about key curricular features, learning goals, and the math skills students need to succeed in these courses.

This session is especially important for those teaching acoustics at partner schools because the course is essential for transfer students who are interested in technology majors. It also will help partner schools understand what type of math preparation students need to study acoustics at Berklee.

The session, sponsored by the Institutional Research and Assessment and Graduate Studies departments, is open to all Berklee faculty and staff, as well as those at Berklee articulation or credit-transfer partner schools. The session will be streamed live onĀ Ustream, and will be available for future viewing.

Lunch will be served. For more information, contact graduatestudies@berklee.edu or call 617-747-6360.
