Director/composer Apostolos Paraskevas, associate professor of composition, hosts an advance screening of his movie I Finally Did It!, codirected by Mat Tucciarone.

SYNOPSIS: Death has a life. He lives in an apartment downtown, he has friends, he wakes up late, he enjoys a cup of coffee. Death is also disgruntled. They don't pay him enough. He wants to retire. He is sick and tired of dealing with people who greet him with expressions such as "Please, no!" "Just one more day," and "Take the guy next door."

Returning home one day from his second job, he finds an assignment from "the Boss" in his mailbox: a picture of someone he has failed to find for 50 years now. "Find him this time!" the note orders. Death hires a private eye. And thus starts the search. . .  for Gerald.

This musical comedy brings up the sensitive issue of mortality from a different point of view, featuring original music by Apostolos Paraskevas as the only medium that brings our character in harmony with his environment.
