Bill Evans and Megan Lynch are not your average fiddle/banjo duo. Drawing on singer/songwriter and rock sources as much as old-time and bluegrass music, the virtuosic duo creates music that's truly difficult to categorize.

Over 35 years, Banjo for Dummies author Evans has performed with Dry Branch Fire Squad, Peter Rowan, David Grisman, Hazel Dickens, and his own Bill Evans String Summit, to name a few. His two CDs topped critics' lists and the Bluegrass Unlimited charts.

Bleugrass fans know Nashville resident Lynch for her National Championship fiddling credentials and her performances with Dale Ann Bradley, Tony Trischka, Roland White, and Jim Hurst.

Since teaming up two years ago, the bluegrass mainstays have toured widely through the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Learn more at
