This Boston rock band is just entering its sophomore year on the scene and already making a splash with a live DVD and new record. Think equal parts Radiohead, Incubus, and Mute Math, and you're halfway there. These are songs about overcoming and succumbing to boundaries; songs that will make you hum and say "hmm."

And if you've been club-hopping in the New England area anytime in the past year, you know the second part of the Foxtrot story: They're a dangerously entertaining live band with a penchant for startling live effects and a unforgettable light show. The members have previously played the Warped Tour, Carnegie Hall, CBGBs, Port City Music Hall, Berklee Performance Center, and the Ruins at the Colosseum.
