The duet "4.18" will be performed by father and son ensemble José Luis González and David González, a young pianist born with Miller syndrome. Even though he has only four fingers on each hand and he cannot extend his fingers, David started studying music at the age of 4 and performing in front of an audience at the age of 10. Music has taken him to play in many countries, including Canada, Japan, Italy, Austria, the United States, and Germany. José Luis González is an outstanding pianist, composer, and professor who has performed since his childhood in the most important concert halls in Mexico. He composes and arranges music especially for him and his son to perform together according to David's particular skills.

This performance is coordinated by the Mexican Consulate, Michelle Arroyo, and Oscar Stagnaro, and is sponsored by the Office for Diversity and Inclusion, the Office of Global Initiatives, the Foundation for Nager Miller Syndrome, and the Instituto Jalisciense de la Juventud.
