San Francisco–based vocalist Marina Khankhalaeva and pianist Allen LeVines collaborate to pay tribute to Ella Fitzgerald and the songs of Duke Ellington.
Khankhalaeva, a seasoned multi-genre singer with an international career, delivers sublime and dreamy interpretations of Fitzgerald’s music. LeVines, a composer and composition professor at Berklee College of Music, spent his early career with an array of musicians in jazz clubs and venues in Philadelphia and New York City.
