Berklee 2017 Jazz Master Series artist Chris Cheek leads a student band through a program of original material. This will be the first performance of the group that will continue on a five-stop tour of the Northeast, culminating in an appearance at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. Compositions will be drawn from Cheek's release Saturday Songs as well as music premiering in the evening's performance. Presented by Berklee's Professional Performance Division and External Affairs.
