Charlie Cunningham, an artist from London, England, is known for suggestive, sonically beautiful songwriting that packs an emotional punch.

Cunningham’s artistic development, mapped by his three EPs, Outside Things, Breather, and Heights, took another leap forward with his debut album, Lines. His deft touch and restraint produced a work of compositions that sound fresh, yet eerily familiar. Although his celebrated flamenco nods and vocal hooks remain, his musicianship and songwriting take center stage.

It wasn’t until Anna Morsett moved to landlocked Colorado in 2013 that the guitar-wielding songwriter discovered the Still Tide: her band, and the calm current she long had sought.

The Still Tide, a seductive, shoegazey collective, marks a shifting tide with its new EP Each, After, essentially Morsett’s solo debut, while still fully supported by guitarist and cofounder Jacob Miller and a rotating ensemble.
