BSI22 Pre-Orientation and Showcase
The annual Black Scholars Initiative Pre-Orientation program is a free, weeklong program held each fall semester and is rooted in uplifting students to scholars, while cultivating community among BSI students, faculty, and staff. The core program sessions feature social and cultural components to strengthen students’ understanding of themselves within the context of Black and African-American traditions. Additionally, students will learn strategies for effectively navigating academic and co-curricular experiences and will gain skills to prepare them for success at Berklee and beyond.

Please Note: Invitations and a program schedule will be emailed in May 2022 to students who chose to self-identify as Black or African American on their college or conservatory application and who are enrolled for the 2022–2023 academic year.
