Berklee in the Round (BITR)

Berklee in the Round (BITR) occurs on the second Tuesday of every month. Each month a different faculty member selects four to five students, and if possible, one special guest, and hosts a concert. The event, based on in-the-round performances at the famous Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, seats songwriters in a circle where they take turns playing their songs with the audience seated around the performers, lending a more intimate feel to the show. The featured artists for October are Delaney Silvernell, Brendan Fisher, Julia Battsin, Sayak Das, and Noa Vlessing.

If you are interested in playing at BITR, you may submit two MP3s and corresponding lyric sheets to the songwriting faculty member who is hosting the night you want to play, or to songwriting@berklee.edu.
