This Berklee Global Jazz Institute (BGJI) forum features John Patitucci and Ben Street. 

Two-time Grammy Award-winning bassist John Patitucci has performed throughout the world and as a studio musician with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, Pat Metheny, Wynton Marsalis, and others. He is currently a visiting scholar at Berklee, teaching in both the Berklee Global Jazz Institute and the Bass Department. 

Ben Street studied at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston with Miroslav Vitous and Dave Holland before moving to New York in 1991. He has performed and toured with Danilo Perez, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Lee Konitz, David Sanchez, James Moody, and many others. 

The BGJI is a performance program designed to foster creativity and musicianship through various musical disciplines. The BGJI provides a comprehensive contemporary music environment where students are given opportunities to explore their creativity to the highest level possible, advance the power of music as a tool for the betterment of society, and connect musical creative thinking with the natural environment.
