CANCELED: This event has been canceled due to the weather.

Anastassiya Petrova is a jazz pianist and organist from Kazakhstan and a participant in many international festivals in countries such as Italy, Bulgaria, Russia, and United States. Her influences include contemporary jazz pianists Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, and Brad Mehldau, and jazz organists Larry Goldings, Jack McDuff, and Joey DeFrancesco.

Upon enrolling at Berklee College of Music, Petrova began studying Hammond organ techniques and integrating the instrument into her projects. Her concert will feature arrangements of songs written by famous organists as well as jazz standards, blues and funk compositions, and odd meters expressed through her originals.
