Founded and led by the first female oud player to graduate from Berklee College of Music, Aliya Cycon Project (ACP) blends Cycon’s soulful compositions with characteristics of traditional Arabic music to create an unforgettable East-meets-West experience. The band, which consists of musicians from around the world, has opened for world music stars like Vieux Farka Touré and Amir el-Saffar, and has headlined in Boston, Lebanon, Palestine, Senegal, and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.
