Master Class with Imogen Heap
Artist in residence Imogen Heap plays songs from her catalog on piano, and discusses her creative process through an open conversation with the audience. This acoustic session will be an opportunity for students to get closer to the Grammy Award–winning musician and creative entrepreneur, as well as have their questions answered.
Heap has received five Grammy nominations and two Grammy Awards—one for engineering and another for her contribution to Taylor Swift’s 1989—as well as an Ivor Novello Award, Artist and Manager Pioneer Award, MPG Inspiration Award, and an honorary doctorate of technology for her work with MI.MU Gloves, a groundbreaking gestural music-making system.
This event is part of Imogen Heap’s three-day artist residency with Berklee, which includes several events.
