Process Advisors

The deputy for process advisors is responsible for identifying, training, and providing advisors to any complainant or respondent in the equity process. The deputy for process advisors, in conjunction with designated advisors, has the role of acting as a resource for the policy and process clarification and can accompany any person participating in an investigation to any formal meeting, as well as meet with that person outside of the formal process to provide the aforementioned services. The deputy for process advisors and designated advisors maintains this role by acting as a resource that does not represent or advocate for the party they are advising. In collaboration with the equity leadership team, the deputy for process advisors is also responsible for general support of the policy process and educating the community on how to engage and utilize these resources.
