The follow-up to MB-387, this course focuses on the development of more advanced websites for business purposes. Technologies used in today's business websites are presented, including HTML5 methodologies, cascading style sheets (CSS) properties and frameworks, JavaScript libraries and frameworks, open source software tools, and the integration with popular cloud services and social networking sites. Students develop workable sites with consideration of content, user experience, layout, and accessibility. Existing web sites are viewed and critiqued for effectiveness, with an emphasis on small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial environments.
