This course provides an overview of business finance for non-financial managers, utilizing a step-by-step introduction and analysis of key financial statements and financial analysis tools. Topics include how to understand and assess the primary financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement), financing activities, investment decisions, as well as ratio analysis and strategies for business expansion.
