Rhythm and Flow Ensemble

Description

The Rhythm and Flow Ensemble was designed for students to be able to be able to enhance their performance skills by using techniques derived from the Alexander Method, reiki, and qigong. The class rehearses weekly and presents a concert at the end of the semester. This course emphasizes developing strategies for increasing self-awareness, compassion, and creativity; developing practice techniques; self-care; alleviating performance anxiety; and preventing stress related injuries.
