Description

In this course, students learn to execute traditional and nontraditional acrobatic moves by learning fundamental techniques and strengthening exercises for the mind and body. The goal for the class is for students to become more physically capable and spatially aware inside and out. Students learn (among others): front, back, shoulder, and dive rolls; aikido rolls; kip ups; handstands; handstand pirouettes; L-Kicks, and some partner weight-sharing techniques.
