BPC Event Contract
This form serves as a contract between the concert leader and Berklee College of Music. In order to book an event, the concert leader is required to provide the requested information and understand the policies on this form. By submitting this form, you are electronically signing this contract and agreeing to abide by all policies listed. The event will not be confirmed until this electronically signed contract is submitted. Please submit the event contract by the due date to confirm your date. Failure to confirm by the deadline may result in the loss of your event time, date, and/or location. The college reserves the right to reschedule or cancel this concert for any reason.

Time of Your Event
If you select "Other," please list the requested start time. Full evening concerts must be programmed to fit within a 90-minute period. Time needed for set changes should be included in this allotted time. All shows must end by 9:45 p.m. The theater must be cleared by 10:15 p.m.
 
For promotional purposes, please provide a brief description of your event, which may be used and/or modified to promote your show throughout various Berklee media. Please include style of music, instrumentation, composers/arrangers, and special guests.
The BPC is a 1,200-seat theater. In order to attract an audience, it is strongly recommended that you designate a person specifically assigned to provide marketing efforts for your event. Please provide the name and email address of your marketing contact. If your event is scheduled during the fall semester, this person must be available during the summer.

Please upload a jpeg to be used when creating your event listing on berklee.edu/events. Posters, flyers, or logos cannot be used.
Will you have any visiting artists performing in your concert? A visiting artist is defined as anyone who is not employed by or a student of Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
