No student is considered enrolled at Berklee in a given semester without having checked in. Students in their second semester and above are asked to complete their check-in requirements online at my.berklee.edu.
Before a student will be able to check in, he or she must clear any restrictions they may have on their accounts. These could include paying tuition in full, providing contact and emergency information, submitting state-required proof of immunizations, and clearing any holds. International students must also verify their immigration information. Once checked in, students may view and make changes to their schedules online.
Students who fail to complete the check-in process by the posted deadline will be considered by the college not to be attending for the semester and will be dropped from all their courses. Under special circumstances and in direct communication with the Office of the Registrar, a student may be allowed to check in after the deadline. A $260 late fee will be will assessed, and the student's schedule will need to be rebuilt according to seat availability.
Online check-in for the spring 2018 semester takes place from January 16 through January 20 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
