Until a student checks in, he or she is not considered enrolled at Berklee and is not allowed to attend classes. Students in their second semester and above are asked to complete their check-in requirements online at my.berklee.edu.
Before a student will be able to check in, he or she must clear any restrictions they may have on their accounts. These could include paying tuition in full, providing contact and emergency information, submitting state-required proof of immunizations, and clearing any holds. International students must also verify their immigration information. Once checked in, students may view and make changes to their schedules online.
Students who do not check in by the check-in deadline will have their courses dropped. Students who check in after the deadline will be required to pay a $260 late fee and will have to rebuild their schedule according to seat availability. No student will be allowed to check in after the add/drop deadline.
Online check-in takes place from May 22 through May 25 at 11:59 p.m. EDT for summer 2018, and September 1 through September 7 at 11:59 p.m. EDT for fall 2018.
