Director, Employer Engagement and Career Programs
Dustin Gee is a globally minded career coach and leader in career services and recruiting. In his role at Berklee, he helps emerging artists and creative industry professionals define, develop, and realize their career potential with greater intention and purpose. He also works with a vast network of employers seeking to hire Berklee talent. Previously, he worked at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, New York University, and the Institute of International Education in career advising, talent pipeline development, and international program management. Well versed on recruiting trends and emerging professions, he takes a personal approach to working with students on applying their skills, overcoming career hurdles, identifying hidden talents, and leveraging networks to reach their full potential in their desired profession. He works with students from diverse backgrounds, industries, and experience levels on interview preparation, job search tactics, career transitions, résumé building, personal branding, and more. He's also Berklee's faculty representative for the Harry S. Truman Foundation Scholarship and Berklee's Fulbright Program Advisor for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. He holds an M.A. in higher education and student affairs from New York University and a B.A. in communication and writing from Juniata College. He lives in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with his husband and two foster sons.
