Dustin Gee

Director, Employer Engagement and Career Programs

Dustin Gee comes to Berklee from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he created and led the school’s domestic and international strategy for employer outreach. Over the past seven years, he has worked across higher education in areas including career development, employer relations, campus recruiting, national fellowship advising, and study abroad/international program management. His passions in career services are cultivating best practice models for building strategic employer partnerships and coaching students across disciplines for academic and professional success. From 2010–2011, Gee served as a Fulbright U.S. Teaching Fellow to Montenegro. He has an M.A. in higher education and student affairs from New York University and a B.A. in communication and writing from Juniata College. Gee has been playing trumpet since the age of 12 (though he admits his skills are rusty) and was a member of his college's Choral Union and the Men's Hip-Hop Dance Team.
