With equal footholds in the artistic and technical sides of the industry, Elysha Zaide is passionate about encouraging her students to explore both as well, using a holistic and empathic approach to make algorithms come alive and transcribe creative ideas with electronic paint brushes. Demystifying the technology is as important as learning its rules, and she wants her students to laugh, cry, write about it, and then skillfully render it in digital form.

Her career has taken her to dozens of countries around the world, falling into roles as diverse as artist, manager, composer, sound designer, and event facilitator. In today’s world, it’s important to practice flexibility and be adaptable, and she encourages her students to explore multiple facets of their interests, providing extensive one-on-one support to augment classes constantly updated with the newest software trends, surprise guests, and tightly-packed content delivered with humor and high energy.
